The New York Times asked five experts, or at least somewhat knowledgeable people, for their advice on the best way to get a good night’s sleep.  Here’s what they said, and here’s the short version.
- Have someone read to you.
- Take a bath.
- Use a weighted blanket.
- Sleep in a room that’s dark, cold and quiet.
- Say your prayers.
- Keep you devices out of sight, and out of mind.
