Six Tips For Restful Sleep

The New York Times asked five experts, or at least somewhat knowledgeable people, for their advice on the best way to get a good night’s sleep.  Here’s what they said, and here’s the short version.

  1. Have someone read to you.
  2. Take a bath.
  3. Use a weighted blanket.
  4. Sleep in a room that’s dark, cold and quiet.
  5. Say your prayers.
  6. Keep you devices out of sight, and out of mind.
