Chocolate May Keep Your Heart Pumping

No, chocolate is not just for kids. And it's not for lovers. It's for all of us, and mainly, it's for those of us whose hearts could use some backup. US News & World Report directs our attention to research that followed 1,169 SwedishChocolate men and women, ages 45 to 70,
from the time they were hospitalized with their first heart attack in
the early 1990s. The researchers found that those who ate chocolate two or more times a week were three times less likely to die from heart disease than those who never ate chocolate, and smaller amounts of chocolate offered some protection.

    However you can now consume a delicious healthy chocolate that is combined with the acai berry and is extremely high in antoxidants and get paid for sharing it with others. See http://www.choc1.com

    Finally, I’ve been eating dark chocolate for years. Now, I find out I haven’t been indulging, well maybe just a little, I have been protecting my heart. YES!!
