Grunting Action Gets Violent, and Litigious

To grunt or not to grunt, that is the question that has been pondered by many gentle readers, several of whom responded to earlier reports
of the great grunt dilemma. Now comes a tale of such grunting woe that
it may send an excitable New York stockbroker to the slammer for one
year. Christopher Carter, a 45-year-old broker who simply could not listen to another ecstatic outburst from an investment banker two stationary bikes away, allegedly grabbed the bike by the handlebars, raised the front end off the
ground, and drove the rear of the bike into a wall, causing serious injury to the banker. Read more about it in the New York Times.

  1. I grunt and make noises at times. Some of us are just that way. I must admit though it is distracting to others; all the more reason to wear an iPod armband radio so you don’t have to be bothered by others. I go to Ballys occassionally, and some times their musice is crap. I control my soace by tuning this-out, plus some of the morons there whom I do not care for.
