Spicy Food = Long Life

They should know. The Chinese Academy of Medical Science looked for an association between spicy food and longevity, and yes, they found it. Science Dailyimgres reports that researchers at the academy surveyed 487,000 people between the ages of 39 and 70, asking them about their general health, and consumption of spicy foods, and red meat, vegetable and alcohol. Seven years later, the researchers found that those who ate spicy foods (mainly chili peppers) 1 or 2 days a week were at a 10 percent reduced risk of death, and those who ate spicy foods 3 to 5 and 6 or 7 days a week were at a 14 percent reduced risk of death. In other words, the people who ate spicy foods almost every day had a relative 14 percent lower risk of death compared to those who consumed spicy foods less than once a week.

  1. Spicy food will let you live longer and it also will let you have a better sex life. We have a survey, and found out that more spicy food is good for your sex life. That why I’m eating spicy hot chicken every day.
