Best Life’s Guide to the Best Docs and Hospitals

Rodale’s one-year-old Best Life magazine has quit trying to distinguish itself from every other health and lifestyle magazine and gone back to the basics, which, not coincidentally, have paid off in spades for every other Rodale product. Here’s one now: Best Life’s Guide to America’s Best Body Shops. It’s a short list of what the magazine calls "the smartest doctors and the finest facilities providing the most advanced and effective treatments," and hey, for someone looking for treatment for any of the eight health problems addressed ( back pain, cancer, cardiology, male sexuality and infertility, urology and prostate, sports medicine, weight loss, and mental health), it’s definitely worth a look.
