Does more exercise lead to better sleep, or does better sleep lead to more exercise, that is the question. The answer, according to researchers at Northwestern University, is both, but there’s a catch. A single day of exercise will probably not improve sleep that night. Long term exercise, however, does lead to better sleep in the long haul, and better sleep leaves us with more energy for exercise, get it?
