People Who Blame Overeating For Weight Tend To Be Thinner

Why are we fat? Is it because we eat too much, or is it because we don’t do enough exercise? Researchers at the University of Michigan believe that your answer to that question may go a long way toward determining your weight. A U of Michigan news release reports that  researchers who looked at several studies done in five countries on three continents found that people who believed that poor eating habits were responsible for weight problems were less likely to be overweight than were people who blamed weight problems on lack of exercise.
