People Who Exercise Earn 10 Percent More

No word on how long it takes for the raise to come through, but researchers at Cleveland State University are claiming that people who exercise three or more times a week take home about 10 percent more money than couch potatoes. Men’s Health reports on the study, which defined exercise as running, swimming, cycling, or aerobics. The magazine quotes study author Vasilis Kosteas explaining that other studies have shown that exercise increases your intelligence, positive attitude, and energy levels. “Each of these factors in turn can raise a person’s productivity, leading to higher earnings,” Kosteas says.
