Boredom Is Bad For Your Health

The next time someone tells you they‘re “bored to death” at work, tell them they could be right. Or, at least, they could be bored to an earlier death. That’s the suggestion of research conducted at the University of Central Lancashire, where scientists questioned 102 office workers about how they deal with boredom on the job. They answers: drink more, at the end of boring days; and eat more chocolate on the job. What to do?
