Outside magazine tells us once again that the worst thing you can do is the same thing, over and over. The magazine kindly offers three examples of things you might want to swap out and swap in. Example one: replace crunches with the running plank, seen in the video here.
Example two: replace seated machine press with an arm bench press, seen here.
And example three: lose the knee extensions and do a split squat with the back foot up.
