We can thank the Washington Post for putting together an entertaining and useful slideshow of 12 exercises that you can do at your desk, complete with a rating of their difficulty, sweat factor, and humiliation factor. The Post even includes a poll, asking readers if they would or would not do a particular exercise at work. Of the exercises: raise the roof, triceps kick, the hulk, hamstring curl, knee lift, hallelujah, punching, desk pushup, side lunge, jump squats, chair dips, and walking, –jump squats, hallelujah, and the hulk get the highest humiliation rating, and desk pushups and jump squats take the medal for sweaty.
