Orange you glad that French researchers decided to explore the hypothesis that because orange juice contains hesperidin, an antioxidant known to keep blood pressure down, then orange juice should also be good for our blood pressure? The Tufts Health & Nutrition letter reports that researchers studied 24 overweight but otherwise healthy men, ages 51 to 63, who drank 17 ounces of OJ (which contains about 300 mg of hesperidin, along with 200 calories), a control drink with 300 mg hesperidin capsules, and finally a control drink with placebo capsules. After four weeks, both the OJ and hesperidin groups had diastolic blood pressure that was significantly lower than the placebo group. Wait, there's more: improvements in blood-vessel activity were stronger from the OJ than hesperidin alone.

Orange juice has been great to our bodies for years but I agree that we need to watch our sugar levels. A healthy detox of the body is always a great way to balance things out.
Bill, I agree in your opinion, and share in the Joy of God, but there is more, at least for me. While anything is possible with God, I have to do my part. God helps those who help themselves in a more perfect way. So, yes, drink OJ and all fruit drinks, but DO NOT drink the ones that are mostly water, sugar, and even other additives that God did not put in that fruit!
And drink Organic if possible. Why tempt the power of God with something we already know is not good for us. God Bless you my friend.
