Is it an ad for the TRX Suspension Trainer? Or is it actually Chris Lieto's idea of the ultimate 20-minute home workout? Hard to say. Also, hard to do, at least for those of us who are not Lieto, the 2009 Ironman runner up whose workout is featured in Outside magazine. Lieto uses the TRX Suspension Trainer, which is actually a pair of straps that can be hung from a beam or door to destabilize your body, in four exercises: the Sprinter's Start With Knee Up; the Suspended Pike, the Suspended Oblique Crunch, and Power Pulls. What can we say? Appears to work for him.
