We believe in use it or lose it. An 81 year old male who would like to make an orbit around the earth.
At 73, I try to get to the gym for a 2 hour workout – one hour on treadmill & one hour of strength training – at least 3 days per week.
I also volunteer as a sheriff’s deputy for 4 hours of patrol duty 2-4 days per week.
My reflexes are extremely good and when competing in ‘fast draw’, I can usually outdraw and out shoot most guys half my age.
I believe in the saying that ‘You don’t stop laughing because you are old … you get old because you stop laughing!
