Beauty Sleep Works

Yes, sleep does make us look more beautiful, at least when compared to someone who is sleep deprived. The Los Angeles Times reports on a Swedish study that measured the effects of sleep using 23 adults who were photographed before and after they were deprived of sleep. Observers then viewed randomly selected photos and rated their perceptions of the people in them. The sleep-deprived folks got low marks on the healthy and attractive scale. Read an abstract from the study here.

  2. Yes lack of sleep do affect people’s appearance. It doesn’t mean there is a change in the overall beauty.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyr_KC2dbao The maximum changes would be puffy eyes, a little less color. I dont go with this article. Nice post.
