The dream of retirement in Provence may have gone up in smoke, but there is still Michelle Obama’s arms. The first lady’s look, the New York Times reports, is the latest object of envy among such dependable cultural barometers as women who live on the Upper East Side. The covetous ones, the paper reports, are instructing their personal trainers to make their upper arms look like those of the striking 45-year-old belle, Michelle. And the trainers’ response is an integrated workout
that combines weight lifting  working the opposing muscles in the
biceps, triceps and shoulders in one session  along with cardio
activities, core strength development and diet. All of that, the paper tells us, may produce the desired result. Or it may not. Why not? I want it to! One top shelf trainer tells the Times that only about 50 percent of muscle development can be attributed to exercise and diet. The rest, he says, lies in the power of genetics–something that, for the time being, is unavailable to consumers, even if they do live on the Upper East Side.
I cant believe with all thats happening in this world that you have the less than important insight to even comment on something so silly. you should be ashamed. Report on how her husband is going to lead this country back to presperity.
