Can You Pass the Military Fitness Tests? Find Out Here.

Don’t know what PFT is? Give me 50, but please make it dollars, not push ups. PFT is military speak for physical fitness tests, and in honor of Veteran’s Day, Geezer links through to the workouts recommended by Military.com for service people 15 days before PFT. The workouts here promise to add 50-100 percent to your pushup ability in two weeks; help you ace the 300m and 1.5 mile runs for FBI Academy, and learn your pace when it comes to situps. No, they are not easy, but do you want them to be easy? Find the workouts here.

Find the physical fitness requirements for all branches of military service here. Good luck.
