Walk Like A Man, or Woman

Walking, it seems, is not something that comes naturally to all of us. Some of us, a reported in this piece in the New York Times, do not use our stomach muscles as we should, forcing our backs to do more work than they were built for. Some of us do not walk with our feet parallel. Some of us, who have aches and pains, lean away from the pain. What to do? Take some walking lessons, of course. The Times suggests that yoga instructors, like Jonathan FitzGordon, owner of Yoga Center of Brooklyn, might be the best teachers.  Or, we can try to fix it ourselves, starting with identifying what we do wrong.
