Hi:
I have been suffering from Patella Femoral Syndrome for 6 months and I’m not responding to treatment. That being said, could you post any up to the minute “news” on this problem. I am runner for 28 years and it breaks my heart knowing that I can’t run. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Jess,
You can’t run, at least for a couple of months. See if you can get away with cycling. If not, you may have to swim.
