Now a study conducted at Penn State tells us that if we want to lose weight, we should reduce the "energy density" of the food we eat. What the hell is "energy density"? A study conducted by Geezer reveals that is is another way of saying "calories," or, more specifically, "calories per gram". Energy density, it turns out, has a numerical grading system running from zero to nine. Water, clearly the most slimming thing one can eat, has and energy densiity of zero, while pure fat, the most disgusting thing one can eat, has an energy density of nine. So the advice here is to eat foods high in water content. that would be fruits, vegetables and soups.
