How to Cheat in a Spinning Class

Let’s say, for the sake of absolutely nothing, that you are one of those people who has long regarded spinning as just a tad formidable. And let’s say that despite the hint of trepidation (and other elements) that one experiences just walking by a spinning class, you can’t shake the urge to find out if you can do it.   1. I’ve never tried a spinning class. I guess I am intimidated by them. But if I knew how to cheat…

  2. I was participating in a spin class with a female instructor who I swear was trying to kill us! She could spin so fast, while I was struggling to maintain the same pace. I think she was doing the “cheat” too, now that it’s been pointed out. However, I did see her at some riding and running events, so she really can do the sports!
