After waiting for the video advertisements (three of them) to end, and the sermonizing to draw to a close, viewers will need something to help them relax. Fortunately, there is, on YogaToday, a videotaped lesson in how to perform a particular yoga pose. Daily offerings inevitably feature instructors who are too beautiful to be credible, and they are shot outdoors in locations with the similar issues. Geezer sees a good idea produced a little to well.
Looking for a form of exercise that will help me tone and burn calories while not damaging my body further. Three years ago I had major surgery and they cut through sets of muscles with a “chevron” incision. They further sent me home with a roaring staph infection which landed me back in the hospital.
Long story short. The stitched tissue was weakened around the stitches because of the infection. I’ve had one hernia surgery and scheduled for another one. Doctors can’t seem to agree except to exercise, take it easy, lose weight, but no AB workouts? Anyone got any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?????
