One, the Times reports, during the juicing process, nutrient-rich fibre, pith and sometimes skin are removed. And two, once a fruit is squeezed, its natural, healthy
sugars become as potentially harmful to teeth as ordinary sugar. The Times reports that those sugars,
combined with the acidity of many fruits and vegetables, make a juice
