Are You Ready for the Martini Workout?

In Boston, of all places-a city famous for its want of decadence- a physical trainer has found that a little gin and a smaller amount of vermouth is just the thing to get people to show up for fitness class. The Boston Globe reports on the compelling incentive offered by trainer Jessica Athas, who leads an hour-long workout at the swankish InterContinental Hotel, and follows each class with a martini.
"I’m not pushing alcohol," Athas tell the Globe.  "I’m pushing the funness."
