Standing Tall: Men’s Health’s Guide to Perfect Posture

Men’s Health, trying hard to become the Popular Mechanics of fitness, starts this guide to perfect posture with a test, or, more accurately, a challenge. Readers are told to stand with feet one foot apart and slowly bend to the right, sliding their right hand down their leg, as far as they can comfortably go. They then note where your hand ends up, and select their age from the pull-down menu to see where your hand should have reached. Not quite there? No worries. The guide provides several exercises to take you there.
Geezer’s favorite: When walking, imagine there’s a string attached to the top of your head, pulling you towards the sky.

why was there not an age group to test someone in their 60s? This one is in her 60s and my hand can reach my foot when bending. So there!!!
