Mississippi and other Southern states are leading the continued bulging of America, according to a report issued by an advocacy group called the Trust for America’s Health. Colorado and Massachusetts are the thinnest states. The report, an analysis of data collected for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is written up in the L.A. Times, which provides a link to a map showing obesity rates in all 50 states.
