Men’s Health’s Helpful Healthy Fast Food List

Restaurants are not required to post nutritional information about the food the serve, but for more than a decade they have been urged to so so by government agencies. Today, according to a survey published in the March issue of the American Journal of Preventive Medicine and reported in the Rocky Mountain News, about 45 percent of large chain restaurants do post nutritional info, and if one looks only at hamburger chains, 87 percent are with the program.
