Men’s Health’s 100 Ways to Live Forever

Every service magazine editor knows that the problem with "how to" lists is that every year, they have to get newer, and if they can’t get newer, they have to get bigger. Hence, Men’s Health, list master of health books, gives us "100 Ways to Live Forever."  It’s easy reading, all sound advice, and most of the tips are backed up by statistical results of recent research.
Here are two almost randomly chosen examples:
24. Touch her. Ten minutes of skin-to-skin contact
(hand-holding, hugs) with your mate can help keep your blood pressure
and pulse from spiking during stressful times, according to University
of North Carolina researchers.
30. Take up rowing. A study in the European Journal of Applied
Physiology found that, compared with running, rowing uses more muscle
and causes your heart to pump more blood through the body, resulting in
greater overall gains in cardiovascular fitness.
