How To Make the Most of Too Little Time

For some time now, Geezer has been wondering why he always has so little time, while others, particularly those with friends in high places, seem to have so much time. Now he knows. Thanks to the researching powers of the Internet, Geezer as learned that all of our time is dispensed and maintained by the Department of Defense, through the U.S. Navy’s Time Service Department.
Consequently, Geezer has resolved that in the new year he will 1.) suck up to any and all persons who may have some connections to this mysterious Time Service Department, and 2.) learn to put his plainly inequitable allocation of time to better use.
Toward that end, he has been studying these time management tips published in the Times of London.  Geezer likes tip number one: Match task to mood, using high energy times of day to get through the most demanding work, and tip number 11: Slow down and think, because rushing around without a good plan will waste even more time.
