How to Have a Great Looking Butt

For this issue, Geezer respectfully turns to Karen Voight, the very sensible "Good Form" columnist for the Los Angeles Times. Voight recommends what she calls a "simple muscle-tighenting maneuver" to "challenge the large muscles" of the backside. Here’s the challenge:
Lie on your back and place your feet on a chair. With bent knees directly
above your hips, and with your shins parallel to the floor, keep your head resting on the floor. Now Inhale, pressing down into your heels. Slowly
raise your hips and lower back off the floor. At the peak of the
contraction, exhale while holding up your hips. Slowly lower your hips
to the floor and repeat this exercise six to eight times.
For more complete instructions, read Karen Voight in the L.A. Times.
