Simply adding weights in one form or another to your exercise routine should be more beneficial than same without the weights. No need to overdo. Build slowly, with trainer if you don’t think you can figure it out on your own.

I’ve known for many years that weight bearing exercise will help prevent bone loss. It also made me think that carrying a few extra pounds helps to prevent bone loss as well. Remember, just a few. Those super thin women who don’t exercise are really in for trouble. I’m glad that this information has been made available to those who care.
