Yes, if a person has chosen to follow the path of “least resistance” and typical inactivity, poor dietary practices, etc., the machine will fall apart much faster than if it is well maintained and well trained. However, if one has practiced “good” habits throughout the majority of one’s life and continues to do so, the eventual and inevitable decline will not be so dramatic. The other item not mentioned, exercise your mind as much as you exercise your body, as you can’t well have one without the other in most cases. We were not created to live forever in this physical arena of existance, smile, so we should not be too suprised when we don’t. Good luck and good health to one and all.
