Is it better to look good than to feel good? A new study from University of Utrecht in the Netherlands suggests that feeling good about looking good could influence how soon one really does look good. The study found that obese people who think they will be successful in weight loss shed significantly more pounds than their counterparts who are less certain of their ability to adhere to a weight-loss program.
