“Adrenaline-State Training” Can Change Women’s Lives

Sure, it’s nice to know that you can punch, kick, and twist your way out of any kind of  physical nastiness, but the biggest payoff of women’s self-defense may be a major boost in self-confidence, one that carries over into all aspects of life.  The Los Angeles Times  reports that the lessons of “adrenaline-state training” which teaches people to fight in various attack scenarios, helps students think clearly, assess the situation and not panic in all sorts of situations, even simply saying “no.”  We say “yes,” this is a piece worth reading.
