The Ten Healthiest Sports

Forbes Magazine, the Capitalist Tool, has performed a public service, identifying what the magazine calls the Ten Healthiest Sports, so that those who have it might live long enough to spend it well.
Forbes ratings, the magazine says, are based on advice from coaches, personal trainers, competitors and exercise physiologists. Those experts looked at four basic physiological components of fitness and rated them on a scale of 1 to 5. Risk of injury is also factored in, as is calorie burn.
And the winners are, in the order of their health quotient:

Squash
Rowing
Rock Climbing
Swimming
Cross Country Skiing
Basketball
Cycling
Running
Modern Pentathlon
Boxing
