The year is only two weeks old, but its youth hasn’t stopped U.S. News & World Report from pronouncing the best diets of 2014. There are lots of diets listed here, and just enough information about each of them to be useful. Unsurprisingly, the winner of this year’s Best Diet Overall is….. the same winner of the last few years, the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) Diet.
